Environment
Environmental care is an important aspect of the Havo policy.
Children are our most important target group and the way in which we, as a society but also as a company, deal with the environment strongly determines the future lives of (our) children.
In concrete terms, this means that Havo monitors the environment friendliness of each existing and new product, in order to determine whether it can be improved.
This applies to the ingredients and packaging, the way in which these are made and for products and services bought in, but there is also great attention for the way in which we can reduce our own waste flow and can limit wastage where possible.
Havo introduced a water purification plant in 2009, which purifies all the waste water in order that it is clean when discharged into the environment.
